Before you brag about your knowledge of Scrum techniques to others, you might want to know what you know. Do you really know about Scrum? Are you sure that you understand what goes on a sprint backlog as opposed to the product backlog? You need to make sure you understand the intricate distinctions.

    Scrum is an agile project management methodology where project team members focus on a small chunk of work for a small chunk of time. There are very specific roles for each of the members of a Scrum team. This project management methodology took its name from the sport, rugby, because of the collaborative nature of the team. Most often, the Scrum methodology is used in conjunction with software projects. The great thing about Scrum is that it allows project managers the opportunity to streamline the project planning process. The downside of Scrum is that there's a lot of terminology and methodology-specific information to be aware of.
